About the Role: Benson Animal Hospital PA is looking for a passionate and driven Veterinary Practice Manager to lead our dedicated team in Benson, NC. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of a trusted animal hospital while making a real difference in the lives of pets and their owners.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and compassionate patient experience
Manage and mentor front desk, veterinary technician, and support staff teams
Handle scheduling, staffing, and performance management for all non-DVM personnel
Monitor and manage practice financials including budgeting, invoicing, and revenue reporting
Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations, OSHA standards, and hospital policies
Oversee inventory management, vendor relationships, and supply procurement
Drive client satisfaction initiatives and manage client communications and conflict resolution
Collaborate with veterinarians to support practice growth and workflow improvements
Requirements:
Prior experience in veterinary practice management or a related healthcare management role
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
Proficiency in veterinary practice management software (e.g., Avimark, Cornerstone, or similar)
Solid understanding of veterinary clinic operations, medical terminology, and compliance standards
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and inventory control
A genuine love for animals and commitment to high-quality patient care
