Schedule: 4-day work weeks with no on-call shifts or holiday hours

What You'll Do

• Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones and respond to client questions
• Schedule appointments and keep the day running smoothly
• Check clients and patients in and out
• Process payments accurately
• Listen as clients explain why their dog, cat, bird, rat, goat, or chicken is the best one that has ever lived
• Own your tasks and responsibilities to deliver positive outcomes
• Share your knowledge and skills with teammates

What You'll Bring

• Experience as a veterinary receptionist
