Responsibilities include:- Greeting clients and their pets with a warm, welcoming attitude.
- Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and responding to client questions.
- Checking patients in and out.
- Maintaining accurate client and patient records.
- Processing payments and assisting with daily front-desk duties.
- Supporting our veterinary team in providing excellent patient and client care.
Qualifications:- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Compassion for animals and their owners.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Previous veterinary or receptionist experience is a plus, but not required.
