Role/Position

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional Talent Acquisition role. This is a business-critical growth role. The Senior Director - TA (North America) will lead the strategy and execution for hiring high-impact professionals across the United States, Mexico and Canada, ensuring Incedo consistently attracts exceptional AI-native consulting, engineering, delivery, product, and client-facing talent. This leader will partner closely with Practice Leaders, Delivery Leaders, Sales, Client Partners, and Business Unit Heads to anticipate talent demand, build proactive pipelines, and ensure the business has the talent required to achieve its growth ambitions. This role demands a strong understanding of the US technology talent market, AI hiring trends, Campus Hiring, workforce planning, and consultative talent acquisition.

Strategic Priorities

Build AI-Native Talent with focus on Quality over Quantity

Lead hiring for Incedo Solutions, Products & Client-facing roles

Partner with Practice Heads, Delivery Leaders, Sales Leaders, and Business Unit Heads to do proactive demand forecasting and building hiring strategies/executing them.

Become a strategic advisor, not simply a recruiting leader.

Build an AI-Native Hiring Function; leverage AI throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Continuously improve speed, quality, and productivity.

Build Future Talent Pipelines including running Graduate Hiring program

Create proactive pipelines for emerging skills.

Reduce dependency on reactive hiring.

Market Intelligence

Provide leaders with insights on talent availability, competitor hiring, compensation trends, emerging AI skills, location strategy

Lead, Build, Develop and grow the Talent Acquisition team and capabilities with teams based in India and North America.
