Join JPMorgan in this exciting role that is significantly more strategic than a traditional Control Manager. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, governing, socializing, training, monitoring, and continuously improving the control framework that enables safe and responsible adoption of agentic AI ways of working across both Technology and Business organizations.
As a Vice President, Agentic Controls Governance Lead in Consumer and Community Banking, you will design, implement, and mature the control framework that enables safe, responsible, and scalable adoption of agentic AI capabilities. You will work across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Controls, Compliance, Legal, and Audit to identify emerging risks, establish governance standards, define monitoring and reporting expectations, and drive practical adoption of agentic controls.
You will help ensure innovation advances with clear accountability, transparency, human oversight, operational readiness, and measurable business value. This work will focus on emerging risk areas including decision quality, knowledge and context integrity, intent preservation, human oversight, value realization, operational readiness, and AI governance.
