About the Role:

Dow Jones Energy (DJE) is seeking a visionary, growth-oriented leader to shape and scale a world-class customer service, sales operations, and commercial analytics organization. In this high-impact role, you will serve as a strategic cornerstone of the DJE commercial operation, ensuring our global sales teams are equipped to consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

Our mission is to deliver an unparalleled customer experience, ensuring seamless satisfaction from a client's very first interaction with Dow Jones Energy through years of successful renewals. You will report directly to the Head of Strategy & Operations for Dow Jones Energy.

About the Team:

Dow Jones Energy delivers trusted price transparency, benchmarks, analytics, news, and insights across the global energy, chemicals, metals, and fuel supply value chains. Our offerings support institutional investors, analysts, and traders navigating spot, wholesale, and retail markets, as well as emerging segments tied to the global energy transition.

Through authoritative data, real-time intelligence, and deep market expertise, Dow Jones Energy enables financial professionals to mitigate risk and make high-stakes commercial decisions in volatile, fast-evolving global markets.

You Will:

  • Spearhead the evolution of our global customer service organization into a proactive, 24/7/365 customer success engine

  • Drive efficiency, eliminate friction, and maintain the critical infrastructure that empowers our commercial teams to win

  • Champion a data-driven culture by delivering the robust forecasting, performance reviews, and actionable intelligence needed to guide executive decision-making

  • Partner closely with Commercial Product Management and Billing teams to ensure tech stack alignment matches fast-paced business requirements

  • Collaborate directly with the Head of Sales to align operational strategy with revenue goals

  • Ensure Dow Jones Energy is working in lockstep with the broader Dow Jones commercial and billing ecosystem

You Have:

  • At least 15 years' progressive leadership experience in commercial operations, sales operations, and customer service environments

  • Proven track record of managing and developing multi-disciplinary, global teams

  • Deep familiarity with CRM and ERP enterprise tools, specifically Salesforce and SAP

  • Strong capability in commercial data analysis, forecasting, and revenue operations metrics

Base Pay Range: $265,000 - $315,000
