Vice President, Enterprise Infrastructure & Cloud Transformation

About The RoleThe Vice President, Enterprise Infrastructure & Cloud Transformation is a senior technology executive responsible for leading the organization's infrastructure, cloud transformation, cybersecurity, technology operations, and operational resilience strategy. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, this leader will modernize the company's technology foundation while ensuring enterprise platforms remain secure, reliable, scalable, and compliant. This executive oversees enterprise infrastructure, cloud services, network operations, service desk, technology operations, cybersecurity, identity and access management, business continuity, disaster recovery, and technology risk management. The role also carries Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) responsibilities and serves as a key advisor to executive leadership and Board committees on technology strategy, cybersecurity, operational resilience, and enterprise risk.*This is a Hybrid Role, Westbury OfficeKey ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Infrastructure & Operations

• Lead enterprise infrastructure, network operations, cloud services, service desk, and technology operations.
• Ensure the reliability, scalability, performance, and resilience of mission-critical technology platforms.
• Drive infrastructure modernization, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.

Cloud Transformation & Modernization

• Develop and execute the enterprise cloud transformation and migration strategy.
• Lead infrastructure modernization and cloud adoption initiatives that support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Align cloud investments with business objectives, cost optimization goals, and security requirements.

Cybersecurity & Technology Risk

• Serve as the executive accountable for cybersecurity strategy, governance, risk management, and incident response.
• Oversee security operations, identity and access management, data protection, and third-party technology risk.
• Advise executive leadership and Board committees on emerging threats, cybersecurity posture, and technology risk.

Compliance, Resilience & Governance

• Oversee technology compliance, audit readiness, and regulatory requirements, including SOC and HIPAA programs.
• Lead business continuity, disaster recovery, and operational resilience efforts.
• Partner with auditors, regulators, customers, and executive leadership on risk, compliance, and assurance initiatives.

Executive Leadership

• Build and lead a high-performing technology organization.
• Manage technology operating and capital budgets and strategic vendor relationships.
• Provide regular reporting to executive leadership and Board committees regarding technology performance, cybersecurity, cloud transformation progress, and enterprise risk.

Essential Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.
• Experience leading enterprise infrastructure, cloud transformation, technology operations, and cybersecurity functions.
• Demonstrated success driving large-scale modernization and cloud migration initiatives.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, technology risk, governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience presenting to executive leadership, Boards of Directors, Audit Committees, and Risk Committees.
• Proven ability to lead large teams, manage budgets, and influence enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Experience in a highly regulated environment, preferably healthcare, financial services, or related industries.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree and relevant certifications preferred.

Location & Scope

• Hybrid role based in Westbury, NY.
• Enterprise technology environment supporting approximately 1,000 employees across multiple business units and locations.
• Regular interaction with the Board of Directors, Audit Committee, and Risk Committee.
• Executive leadership responsibility for Infrastructure, Cloud Transformation, Cybersecurity, and Operational Resilience.
• Accountability for technology budgets, strategic vendor relationships, regulatory readiness, business continuity, and mission-critical operations.
