Reporting to the Controller, this executive partners with Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and executive leadership to deliver standardized, efficient, technology-enabled finance operations that support strategic decision-making, regulatory compliance, and enterprise growth.The role provides executive leadership over core finance operations, financial systems, process transformation, master data governance, reporting, automation, and organizational change to ensure Finance operates as a scalable, high-performing business partner.AccountabilitiesStrategic LeadershipDevelop and execute the long-term strategy for Financial Business Services and Financial Systems.Align finance operations with enterprise objectives and digital transformation initiatives.Serve as a trusted advisor to the Controller, Chief Financial Officer, and other executive leadership on finance operating model, technology investments, and organizational effectiveness.Build a culture focused on operational excellence, continuous improvement, customer service, and innovation.

Financial Business ServicesProvide executive and performance management oversight for enterprise shared services to ensure finance operations comply with GAAP, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance standards, as well as driving optimal regulatory outcomes.
