Vice President, Inside Sales

About your role:

You will lead and scale an inside sales organization focused on revenue growth, new client acquisition, cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and market expansion. You will partner with Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, and Client Management teams to align sales strategy with business objectives. Your leadership will help Fiserv deliver measurable customer outcomes, strengthen pipeline performance, and support long-term growth.

What you'll do:

• Develop and execute the inside sales vision, strategy, operating plan, and revenue growth roadmap.
• Establish annual revenue, pipeline, customer acquisition, cross-sell, and upsell goals aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead inside sales execution, including pipeline generation, lead qualification, conversion strategy, forecasting, and revenue attainment.
• Build, coach, and develop sales directors, sales managers, and individual contributors to improve performance, accountability, and retention.
• Recruit, develop, and retain sales talent while supporting succession planning and leadership development.
• Define and monitor sales key performance indicators, dashboards, sales productivity metrics, and forecast accuracy.
• Optimize sales processes, territory planning, lead routing, resource allocation, and compliance with sales operating standards.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, Client Success, and Operations leaders to support product launches, market expansion, and growth initiatives.

Experience you'll need to have:

• 12+ years of experience in sales leadership, revenue growth, business development, or business-to-business solutions sales.
• Experience leading inside sales, business development, or revenue-generating teams in a multi-level sales organization.
• Experience managing and developing teams, including sales directors, sales managers, and individual contributors.
• Experience developing revenue plans, pipeline strategies, sales forecasts, quota models, and customer acquisition strategies.
• Experience using customer relationship management platforms, sales analytics, sales enablement tools, and performance dashboards to manage sales execution.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Finance, Operations, and Client Management, to deliver business outcomes.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

• Master of Business Administration or advanced degree in a related field.
• Experience in financial services, technology, payments, fintech, or business-to-business solutions.
• Experience leading market expansion, product launch support, or enterprise growth initiatives.
• Experience improving lead response, conversion performance, sales productivity, and employee retention metrics.

Travel:

This role require frequent travel (50%).
