The Vice President of Media & Partnership Sales at AEW will play a key role in driving revenue growth across our sponsorship and media platforms. This individual will collaborate with internal and external business units, media partners, agencies, and brand stakeholders to develop, enhance, and expand AEW's media and sponsorship partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of generating revenue through creative, thoughtful, and impactful media programs; building and growing client relationships; and contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team revenue goals through the development and sale of integrated media and partnership packages utilizing traditional, digital, and nontraditional marketing channels to meet partner objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing and prospective corporate partners, identifying opportunities to grow and expand partnerships.
• Proactively identify, prospect, and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external business units, media partners, talent representatives, venues, and other brand stakeholders to develop and execute successful partnerships.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and inform sales strategies.
• Maximize revenue opportunities through data-driven pricing strategies, creative marketing campaigns, and fully integrated partnerships.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of AEW's brand, audience, media platforms, and commercial opportunities to effectively position partnership offerings.
• Strategically manage and monetize available assets across AEW's media properties to maximize revenue and partner value.
• Lead negotiations and structure partnership agreements that align with AEW's revenue objectives and deliver value to partners.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline reporting, revenue forecasts, and partnership performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must function at a high level in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities
• Self-sufficient, proactive, and solutions-oriented
• Skilled in all aspects of sales and negotiation
• Appreciate and understand the value of data-induced decision-making

Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in national media sales
• Preferable experience working with live events in sports or entertainment

Working Conditions:

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
• Ability to travel as required
• The position is open to remote candidates

Additional Information:

Salary Range: $222,000 - $295,700 (Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity)
