Vice President of Business Development

Overview:

Zolman Restoration is seeking a Vice Presdient of Business Development to join our team!

 

The Vice President of Business Development is responsible for the overall commercial growth strategy and execution for Zolman Restoration.

• A proven track record of growing commercial revenue
• Established commercial/institutional relationships and the ability to develop new ones
• Experience developing a high - performing Business Development team
• Strong skill with improving sales processes and reporting
• High growth drive balanced with integrity, empathy, and professionalism

Responsibilities:

• Achieving annual company sales goal
• Growing commercial revenue
• Building a predictable sales pipeline
• Expanding strategic relationships
• Increasing market share
• Developing a high-performing Business Development team
• Improving sales processes and reporting
• Increasing enterprise value through sustainable revenue growth
• Being accountable for $4-6M annually
• Building executive-level client relationships
• Developing strategic commercial opportunities
• Pursuing large regional and national accounts
• Participating in major presentations
• Negotiating strategic partnerships
• Representing Zolman at industry associations and networking events
• Supporting significant proposal opportunities
