Description

This Vice President of Elwood Professional is responsible for the overall growth and service delivery of the company's Professional Recruiting division. The position will lead both a team of dedicated Pro sellers as well as recruiting delivery teams focused on maximizing results and client success. In addition, this position will interact with the light industrial segment of the business as Professional opportunities arise. You will be responsible for defining strategies for rapidly growing this segment of the business while also ensuring client satisfaction and the delivery of superior customer service.

Essential Functions

Sales

  • Execute sales strategy to drive significant growth.
  • Align sales team to achieve annual revenue growth; ensure proactive sales process by winning new accounts and striving to maximize all revenue available within the current customer base.
  • Oversee the creation, review, and approval of major sales presentations prior to delivery to customer.
  • Negotiate contracts and oversee the administration of account contracts.

Fulfillment

  • Execute service delivery strategy to drive increasing levels of fulfillment while providing superior customer service.
  • Lead and manage a team to out-perform against all key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Partner with Leadership and Operations to drive digital, process, and compliance initiatives to create internal efficiencies and external customer value

Leadership

  • Manage overall P&L to achieve financial targets.
  • Partner with HR to support talent development initiatives, including training, succession planning and career pathing opportunities.
  • Participate in quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key clients.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Desired Skills & Experience for a Regional Vice President:

  • Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree/advanced degree preferred
  • Previous experience and/or education that includes staffing, customer service, business administration, human resources, and/or human services
  • Prior successful track record in leading and developing high performing teams
  • Proven ability to rapidly increase sales results, including strong client facing skills
  • Ability to identify complex problems, review related information to develop/evaluate options, and implement solutions
  • Strong planning abilities (both strategic & tactical)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and to resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency
