Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Video Editor to join our creative team on a part-time, remote basis. This role will focus on editing performance-driven CTV and AppLovin advertisements for high-growth brands, using a unique video editing platform, Creatomate, which we can train you to use, as well as Adobe Premiere Pro on occasion. We also leverage proprietary and existing AI tools like Claude and ElevenLabs in order to efficiently generate creative at scale.

The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where quality and turnaround times are equally important.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality CTV and AppLovin advertisements for DTC and e-commerce brands using Creatomate
• Utilize AI tools throughout the creative process for concepting, scripting, VO generation, and asset search/selection
• Collaborate with our creative and account teams to bring brand messaging to life while adhering to client objectives and performance goals
• Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards, technical specifications, and deadlines Maintain clear, frequent communication with the internal team, using Slack as well as Shortcut for project management tool

Qualifications

• 2+ years editing branded content (portfolio or campaign references required)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Familiarity working with AI tools for scripting and VO (ElevenLabs, Claude, ChatGPT)
• Storytelling skills and attention to detail in pacing, transitions, and audio
• Organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of performance marketing principles and creative best practices for CTV and AppLovin

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills capable of taking deeply technical and in-depth topics down to the gritty details and/or up to the 30k feet executive level.
• Experience with video, streaming, advertising, demand side platforms, and real-time advertising exchanges.
