The Video Editor / Videographer is responsible for editing and capturing high-quality video content that supports social media, marketing initiatives, event promotions, and brand storytelling. This position requires expertise in both video editing and videography, with the ability to capture compelling visuals in the studio and on location.
The ideal candidate has exceptional editing and videography skills and understands how to create engaging, platform-optimized content from production through post. They are equally comfortable in the edit suite and behind the camera, delivering polished, engaging content for today's digital audiences.

Video Editing
- Edits compelling short-form video for social media campaigns, marketing initiatives, and brand storytelling while ensuring alignment with Keller Williams brand standards and creative direction.
- Implements and executes social-first editing techniques-including pacing, hooks, captions, and platform-specific formatting-to create engaging content for today's digital audiences.
- Performs color correction, audio cleanup, sound mixing, captioning, and basic motion graphics integration to deliver polished, high-quality video.
- Repurposes long-form content into engaging short-form assets that maximize the value and reach of each production.
Videography
- Captures high-quality video in the studio and on location for a variety of marketing and brand initiatives.
- Executes production plans, shot lists, and creative direction provided by Producers and Creative Leads.
- Applies modern production techniques to capture footage optimized for both traditional and social-first post-production.
- Operates professional cameras, lighting, audio, and production equipment using industry best practices to deliver high-quality visual results.
Other
- Provides guidance on cross-functional projects where subject matter expertise is needed
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or four (4) years of relevant education and work experience substituted for degree
- Minimum of three (3) years of specialized experience in video editing and videography
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience operating professional camera systems in both studio and on-location environments
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, camera movement, and professional audio capture
- Experience creating long-form and short-form video for YouTube, social media, and other digital platforms
- Ability to manage multiple editing and production projects, including fast-turnaround requests, while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
- Polished and professional demeanor
- Well-versed in industry developments, techniques, and trends
Preferred Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects for creating basic motion graphics and animated elements
- Demonstrated understanding of modern editing techniques, visual pacing, audience engagement, and platform-specific best practices
- Experience producing social-first content optimized for engagement across multiple digital platforms
- Experience filming interviews, events, or executive communications
- Familiarity with color correction, audio mixing, and media management best practices
Knowledge
- Deep knowledge of professional videography, video editing, and digital content creation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
