Title - Video QA / Lab Test Engineer
Location: Littleton, CO
Key Responsibilities
Lab support, manual video/STB testing, device setup and troubleshooting, test execution, defect reporting, and support of automated test environments
Skills:
4G LTE, 5G (SA/NSA and FR1/FR2) technologies,
Hands-on device or lab testing; manual QA;
functional and regression testing;
basic IP/networking and Wi-Fi troubleshooting;
set-top-box, video, IPTV/OTT or connected-device testing experience preferred;
basic Linux, scripting or automation exposure desirable
The Video QA / Lab Test Engineer shall perform activities including, but not limited to:
Support the setup, configuration, connectivity, movement and ongoing readiness of set-top boxes and associated test equipment within the lab environment.
Perform manual functional, regression and video testing of set-top boxes and related video services.
Troubleshoot device, cabling, connectivity, Wi-Fi and test-environment issues.
Execute defined test scenarios, document test results, identify defects and support retesting and validation.
Support the physical environment required for remote and automated test execution.
Assist with Raspberry Pi-connected devices and other test infrastructure used within the lab.
Coordinate with DISH and distributed QA/engineering teams regarding test execution, environment availability and identified issues.
Perform other reasonable QA and lab-support activities related to the Services described in this SOW.
