What You’ll Do  

This position will be located at our Corporate Office: 2355 W Pinnacle Peak Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85027

The Videographer leads video strategy, production, and multi-channel content optimization to support brand awareness, product campaigns, financial education, corporate communications, and community impact. They will own end-to-end video development from concept through distribution and ensure content is audience-focused, platform-optimized, and aligned to campaign objectives. The Videographer will partner cross-functionally to deliver compelling storytelling and drive measurable engagement across digital, social, broadcast, and internal channels.

Essential Functions

• Lead video strategy and execution for integrated awareness and product campaigns across digital, social, web, and broadcast.
• Develop and produce high-impact visual storytelling that drives engagement and supports campaign goals.
• Direct on-camera talent to deliver authentic, brand-aligned messaging.
• Optimize video content for multi-channel distribution, adapting formats and creative to platform requirements.
• Create video content that simplifies financial concepts into clear, engaging member education.
• Produce internal communications, training, and leadership messaging aligned to organizational priorities.
• Partner with marketing and internal communication teams to ensure messaging accuracy, compliance, and consistency.
• Use performance insights to refine content strategy, messaging, and delivery effectiveness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver community impact storytelling and partnership content.
• Lead full production lifecycle including planning, scheduling, budgeting, filming, editing, and delivery.
• Manage studio operations, equipment, vendors, and digital asset organization.
• Maintain project workflows and timelines within project management tools to ensure on-time execution.
• Maintain a library of accurate, organized video and marketing assets aligned to workflows, including tagging with metadata for accessibility and compliance.

What You Bring

• High School Diploma Required
• Bachelor's Degree iN Marketing, or a related field Required
• 5-8 similar or related experience in in videography, filming and/or editing and photography Required
• Advanced skills in filming, lighting, audio, editing, and post-production (Adobe Creative Cloud) Required
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video production and storytelling skills Required
• Advertising, Marketing, or PR agency experience Preferred
• Ability to configure, operate, and maintain studio and/or field audio, lighting, and associated production equipment 
• Ability to develop and optimize video content across digital, social, broadcast, and OTT platforms 
• Experience with project management tools such as Wrike and familiarity with Agile based processes 
• Strong concepting and visual storytelling skills aligned to campaign and brand goals 
• Ability to manage projects independently and work collaboratively in a team setting 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
• Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, budgets, and workflows effectively 
• Strong cross-functional partnership skills and ability to direct talent and incorporate feedback

• Target hiring range: $64,726.07 - $80,907.58 (Depending on experience and prior to any incentives this position is eligible for)
