Our Story

Headquartered in Spartanburg, SC, Integrated Biometrics was founded in 2002 as an alternative solution to the commonly used traditional optical and silicon fingerprint technologies. As a pioneer in biometric technology, our talented team designs and manufactures patented technologies that provide unique benefits and solutions that overcome the limitations of other biometric technologies. We've been honored with the Inc 5000 award consecutively from 2016 - 2022!

Protecting Borders in 50+ Countries Worldwide

IB provides innovative solutions around the world. Our executive offices, including strategic engineering, marketing, finance, accounting, and domestic logistics, are based in Spartanburg SC, with an expanding R&D lab and film production facility in Chandler, AZ. Our manufacturing and product / process / engineering offices are outside of Seoul, South Korea. The majority of IB's sales resources work remotely across the globe.

Technical Program Manager

The Technical Program Manager (TPM) is accountable for end-to-end execution, tracking, and internal/external reporting of IB's highest-priority technical and business programs (e.g., new product development, OEM/NRE initiatives, SBIRs, and grant-funded work) to ensure predictable delivery against scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets. This is an in-office role based in Chandler, AZ, reporting to the Senior Director of Technology and serves as the primary integration point across functions to keep cross-team dependencies, risks, and decisions visible and actioned, including routine tracking of milestones and KPIs and proactive risk mitigation.
