Responsibilities and Duties:
Assist VIP Reservations Agents upon hire, any new training for existing employees, and refresher instructions as needed.
Responsible for accurately booking chauffeured ground transportation (local, nationwide, and international) as well as farming to our national affiliates out of our NJ/NY office. Reservations come in through several channels.
Must be able to multi-task, frequently switching between heavy phones, emails, and managing many projects simultaneously with ease and confidence.
Responsible for continuously monitoring all incoming reservation channels (phone, several email inboxes, online bookings) while responding to client requests promptly and professionally.
Responsible for monitoring the status of national rides to ensure clients are provided excellent customer service from our affiliate network.
Independently review client reservations for accuracy and quality.
