We are seeking a motivated Virtual Insurance Broker to guide prospective clients through their life and health insurance options from a home office. Training, tools, licensing support, and mentorship are provided, and prior insurance experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual consultations with prospective clients who have requested information and guidance about insurance coverage.
- Present clear, easy-to-understand life and health insurance solutions tailored to each client's needs and circumstances.
- Use a consultative approach to explain coverage options, answer questions, and help clients make confident decisions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up, education, and service.
- Maintain accurate sales activity and client records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Track personal performance against sales goals and work with mentors to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in onboarding, licensing preparation, and ongoing product and sales training.
- Contribute to a supportive, high-performance team culture.
Qualifications and Attributes
- Motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing a flexible schedule independently.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a consultative approach to sales.

- Willingness to obtain a Life and Health insurance license; licensing support and guidance are provided.
