Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual consultations with prospective clients who have requested information and guidance.
Present clear, easy-to-understand life and health insurance solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up, education, and service.
Manage sales activities and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Track individual performance against sales goals and contribute to overall team success.
Participate in ongoing training, role-play sessions, and team meetings to strengthen skills and product knowledge.
Receive mentorship and support while developing within the company, with opportunities to advance into leadership roles.
Qualifications and Attributes
Motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working remotely and independently managing a flexible schedule.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a consultative approach to sales.
Previous sales, leadership, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
