Job Requirements

  • Education Requirements: BCBA Certification and relevant degree in behavior analysis or related field
  • Certifications Requirements: BCBA Certification
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in behavior analysis
  • Other Requirements: Must have current BCBA certification and a resume; ability to work in a school setting; strong supervisory and behavioral assessment skills; excellent communication skills; flexible and team-oriented; background check clearance

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead behavior analysis and staff training including in-services and competency assessments for RBTs
  • Develop and write treatment plans and BIPs, supporting clinical onboarding and staff supervision
  • Conduct behavior observations, assessments, and evaluations with the Instructional Team Coordinator
  • Support with insurance and authorization processes, including semi-structured interviews and phone calls
  • Train multidisciplinary teams in behavior analytic interventions for continuity of care
  • Monitor progress via Motivity, update BIPs, and evaluate efficacy
  • Meet with families as needed and report to the director
