Visitation Coach, Bucks County

Visitation Coach needed for full-time, temporary or temp to hire position in Bucks County.

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Visitation Coach to provide supervised family visitation services for children and families involved with Bucks County Children and Youth. The Visitation Coach will coordinate and supervise family visits, develop visitation service plans, provide parent coaching and education, model positive parenting skills, and document all case activity. The role also includes maintaining regular communication with families, foster/resource parents, county caseworkers, and other service providers to support permanency planning and positive family outcomes.

Responsibilities include conducting intake and visit planning, supervising and coaching family visits, providing pre- and post-visit support, arranging transportation when needed, maintaining accurate and timely documentation, completing required reports, and collaborating with county agencies and treatment providers. The Visitation Coach will also participate in regular supervision and uphold agency policies and best practices.
