We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Visual Merchandising Assistant to support the Store Experience and Visual Merchandising Team in maintaining an engaging, brand-right retail lab environment. This part-time position will assist with setting up, maintaining, and breaking down visual merchandising displays, organizing product samples, and executing merchandising presentations according to established brand standards.

The ideal candidate has hands-on retail merchandising experience, a strong eye for detail, and a passion for visual presentation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking supplemental income and a flexible, limited-hour schedule rather than full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup, maintenance, and breakdown of visual merchandising displays within the Lab Store.

• Execute merchandising presentations according to visual guidelines, planograms, and brand standards.

• Arrange products, fixtures, and wall cabinets to support seasonal merchandising initiatives.

• Coordinate, gather, and organize product samples for visual displays and merchandising updates.

• Maintain backroom organization, product inventory, and sample storage areas.

• Apply product labels, stickers, and temporary visual representations as needed.

• Assist with installing, trimming, and updating marketing materials on fixtures and wall cabinets.

• Partner with the Visual Merchandising Team to ensure displays accurately reflect brand direction and merchandising strategies.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing Lab Store environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail merchandising, visual merchandising, store presentation, or a related retail environment.

• Experience setting up merchandise displays, arranging fixtures, and following visual merchandising guidelines.

• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.

• Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and complete tasks efficiently.

• Enthusiasm for retail, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands and customer-facing visual experiences.

• Comfortable performing hands-on merchandising tasks, including organizing products, moving merchandise, and installing display materials.

• Must be comfortable with a limited part-time schedule of approximately 40 hours per month.
