Job Title: Sr Visual UX Designer -CPG
Duration: 12 Month+ Contract
Location: St Louis, MO
Work Location: Hybrid
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
$60-65/hr. on W2
Position Summary
Seeking a creative digital designer with strong experience in content design, visual/graphic design, digital product placement, merchandising, and customer-facing digital experiences. Candidates should have hands-on experience creating and executing digital content for consumer-facing products. UX architecture, system design, or SaaS-focused backgrounds are less relevant for this role.This role combines UX/UI, product design, visual design, and content design to create engaging, user-friendly, accessible, and on-brand digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end digital experiences for websites, applications, and responsive platforms.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Use Figma to develop polished UI and digital experiences.
- Apply strong visual design skills including typography, layout, color, imagery, and branding.
- Shape content hierarchy, messaging, CTAs, labels, and overall page flow.
- Translate marketing campaigns and brand assets into digital-first experiences.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Content, Creative, and Development teams.
- Participate in design reviews, QA, accessibility, and responsive design validation.
- Work within Agile/Scrum or similar cross-functional environments.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI, Product Design, Digital Design, or Experience Design.
- Strong experience designing consumer-facing websites and applications.
- Strong Figma skills.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Strong UX/UI and visual/graphic design portfolio.
- Understanding of responsive design, design systems, accessibility, and information architecture.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development constraints.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Portfolio Required
Candidates must provide an online portfolio demonstrating:

- Visual design
- Consumer-facing digital experiences
- Content-led or marketing-focused design
Preferred Background: Advertising agencies, marketing agencies, digital agencies, or consumer brands.
