About the Role:Vitality Spine & Sports Physical Therapy is looking for a passionate and driven Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Sahuarita, AZ! This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on patients' lives while working in a dynamic, sports-focused rehabilitation environment.
Responsibilities:- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, spine, and sports-related injuries
- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting plans as needed
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers
- Educate patients and families on injury prevention and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in EMR systems
Requirements:- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Active or eligible Arizona Physical Therapy license
- Experience in orthopedic, spine, or sports rehabilitation preferred
- Strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills
- Excellent communication and patient relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- CPR/BLS certification required
