We're Hiring: Voice & Data Field Technician (W2 position)
Location: On-site St. Louis, MO (Field-Based, commuting to different sites on daily-basis)
Compensation: $28 USD/hr.
Looking for a technician who thrives on hands-on work and telephony services. Join our team supporting voice and data systems across healthcare and corporate sites in the St. Louis area.
What you'll do:
- Provide onsite troubleshooting for voice & data incidents
- Install and maintain IP phones and telecom equipment
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity and cabling
- Partner with L2/L3 teams on complex issues
- Document work in ServiceNow
What we're looking for:
- 1-2 years supporting voice/telecom/network environments
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP and VoIP
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel daily across the St. Louis metro area
Nice to have:
- Experience with Cisco, Avaya, Microsoft Teams Voice, or Mitel
- Network+, A+, or CCNA certifications
