Crisis Services is looking to add to our team. We are seeking a Front Desk Volunteer who is interested in supporting our mission to provide crisis support to anyone in need. This position is an unpaid volunteer position.
Who we are:
Crisis Services is Erie County's 24-hour crisis center and suicide prevention center. Crisis Services is also Erie County's designated rape crisis center and NYS approved provider of domestic violence, elder abuse and family violence service provider. In addition to providing direct services, Crisis Services promotes safety, health and hope through education and direct outreach.
About this opportunity:
As a Front Desk Volunteer, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers. This role helps create a welcoming, organized, and professional environment by providing friendly assistance, handling basic administrative tasks, and supporting daily front desk operations.

Crisis Services Front Desk Volunteer hours will vary based on need throughout the year.
For the first 6 weeks of training, a minimum commitment of 4 hours per week during regular business hours is required.
Year-round availability is preferred.
Start date:
As soon as possible.
