Volunteer & Resource Development Coordinator VISTA

Serve with AmeriCorps VISTA at The Crossing Medical Clinic in Manitowoc, WI and help expand access to healthcare for uninsured and underserved individuals. This role focuses on building sustainable systems that strengthen volunteer engagement, improve resource management, and enhance clinic operations. The VISTA member will design volunteer programs, improve tracking systems, develop operational procedures, and support resource coordination efforts that allow the clinic to serve more patients effectively. This is a capacity-building position focused on creating long-term solutions that support the clinic's mission and improve community health outcomes.
