Our client is a privately held real estate investment and development platform with a growing presence across Texas. The firm focuses on industrial development, adaptive reuse, and value-add investment strategies and has built a reputation for combining entrepreneurial decision-making with institutional-quality execution. As the business continues to expand its footprint, the company is making a strategic investment in leadership within the Dallas-Fort Worth market. The Vice President, Investments & Development will lead the firm's expansion efforts throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market. This highly entrepreneurial position is responsible for sourcing opportunities, underwriting and structuring transactions, supporting capital formation efforts, and guiding investments through execution. The successful candidate will serve as the firm's primary market representative and play a key role in building its long-term presence and investment pipeline within the region.

• Source new acquisition, development, and value-add investment opportunities throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, developers, landowners, lenders, municipalities, investors, and industry participants.
• Lead financial analysis, underwriting, investment memoranda preparation, and transaction evaluation.
• Negotiate letters of intent, purchase agreements, and oversee due diligence and transaction execution.
• Coordinate with consultants, attorneys, development teams, and municipal stakeholders throughout the entitlement and development process.
• Assist with debt and equity sourcing, investor engagement, and capital formation initiatives.
• Serve as the firm's market leader in Dallas-Fort Worth, providing investment insights and helping shape regional growth strategy.

For the Vice President of Acquisitions we are seeking:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of commercial real estate acquisitions, investments, development, or capital markets experience
• Demonstrated success sourcing and closing commercial real estate transactions within the industrial sector
• Deep understanding of the Dallas-Fort Worth commercial real estate market
• Existing relationships with local brokerage, ownership, and development communities
• Strong financial modeling, underwriting, and investment analysis capabilities
• Ability to independently originate opportunities and drive transactions from initial pursuit through closing
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Capital raising or investor-facing experience is a plus

Targeting a base salary of $175,000 to $200,000. As this is a newly created position our client is looking for someone who wants to "bet" on themselves and will be compensated heavily on the back end based on performance. Other highlights include:
