      • Pipeline creation: Personally originate opportunities through outbound, account-based, relationship-led, partner-led, and executive-level selling.
      • Complex sales: Lead multi-stakeholder pursuits involving business, marketing, technology, finance, procurement, legal, delivery, and executive stakeholders.
      • Executive relationships: Build trusted relationships with economic buyers, sponsors, champions, technical evaluators, and implementation stakeholders.
      • Solution development: Shape compelling solutions and business cases with Ansira's marketing, data, technology, creative, and delivery experts.

      What success looks like

      • Deliver personal new-logo revenue, gross profit, or other approved quota measure.
      • Build strong, self-sourced pipeline with credible stage progression.
      • Deliver healthy win rate, forecast accuracy, sales-cycle control, and commercial quality.
      • Create strong executive and buying-committee engagement in strategic pursuits.
      • Maintain alignment between sold work, delivery capability, margin, and client expectations.
      • Establish repeatable account planning, discovery, business case, and deal management practices.

Specific revenue, gross-profit, logo, pipeline, and quality goals will be documented in the compensation plan.

      What you bring
