Vice President of Finance
Compensation: $220,000 – $250,000 + Bonus Opportunities

What You'll Be Doing
Direct financial planning and strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and internal controls to support business objectives.
Develop financial models and long-range plans to evaluate profitability, pricing strategies, margins, capital investments, and potential risks.
Collaborate closely with the CFO and executive leadership on financing strategies, banking relationships, credit facilities, and capital management.
Oversee accounting functions, job costing, audits, tax compliance, and financial performance reporting while providing leadership and development to the Finance team.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance financial systems, leverage AI and automation, and improve visibility into financial and operational performance across affiliated businesses.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration with an accounting emphasis, or a related discipline. CPA or CMA certification required.
10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with expertise in GAAP, financial planning and analysis, budgeting, internal controls, cost accounting, and financial modeling. Construction industry experience is preferred.
Demonstrated success leading Finance teams, partnering with executive leadership, and using financial insights to guide strategic decisions. Experience in homebuilding or residential construction is a plus
