Job Description

Summary

The San Diego Wellness Collaborative is looking for a full-time staff person to oversee corporate operations across all SDWC initiatives and departments. In coordination with the CEO, COO and CFO, the VP of Corporate Operations is responsible for the execution of operational strategy across the organization’s operational domains, including Human Resources, Finance, Technology, Compliance, and Vendor Management. This role ensures that systems, processes, and governance structures are in place to support sustainable growth, operational excellence, and mission delivery.

The VP of Corporate Operations will be an integral part of the SDWC team that values what we do as much as how we do it. The how is expressed through SDWC’s values. We prioritize these values in every engagement across the organization – internally and externally. As a commitment to these organizational values, we individually engage and strengthen our competencies across four key areas: mindset; results; people; and self. The VP of Corporate Operations will embrace these values and competencies as a core member of the SDWC team.

The VP of Corporate Operations role will contribute significantly to achieving SDWC’s mission to build community-clinical linkages and collaboration for optimal health outcomes and health equity. All responsibilities serve to move the organization towards the SDWC vision – all communities we serve have a lifetime of health and wellness.
