    What you will do:

    Transformation Strategy & Execution

    • Lead the development and execution of the CMCPR transformation strategy, ensuring alignment with departmental objectives, WM Operations priorities, and the Global Operations Transformation goals and agenda.
    • Oversight of the department’s transformation portfolio, including strategic initiatives, automation programs, operating model enhancements, and productivity initiatives.
    • Identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness, operational scalability, risk management, and capacity creation through process redesign, workflow optimization, and technology enablement.
    • Drive adoption of emerging technologies, including workflow automation, artificial intelligence (GenAI, Agentic AI), software solutions, and intelligent document processing capabilities.

    Governance & Operating Model Leadership

    • Refine and maintain the governance framework supporting transformation, automation, and strategic initiatives across CMCPR.

    • Lead portfolio governance forums, steering committees, and cross-functional leadership discussions to review progress, manage risks, and align strategic priorities.
    • Develop frameworks that improve transparency, decision-making, resource allocation, and execution consistency across the department.
    • Develop executive scorecards, management dashboards, KPI frameworks, and performance reporting that support data-driven decision making.
    • Refine methodologies to measure and track transformation benefits, including productivity gains, capacity creation, risk reduction, cost efficiencies, and control improvements.

    Automation & Continuous Improvement

    • Oversee the CMCPR automation strategy and centralized automation function, including governance, prioritization, resource allocation, and delivery oversight.
    • Champion a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, transformational mindset, and operational excellence (reimagining operations) across the organization.
    • Drive adoption of automation capabilities and self-service tools across the department, promoting scalable solutions and reusability across functions.
    • Partner with Operations and Technology teams to accelerate modernization efforts and maximize business value realization.

    Leadership & Stakeholder Management

    • Serve as a trusted advisor to CMCPR leadership on transformation, operating model, governance, performance management, and organizational priorities.
    • Build strong partnerships across Operations, Technology, Risk, Finance, Control Functions, and Global Transformation teams.
    • Influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across competing priorities through data-driven recommendations and strategic leadership.
    • Lead and develop the department’s Transformation, Metrics & Analytics team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development.

    Required Qualifications:
