The Opportunity
The firm is seeking a Vice President, Product Management to join a growing product organization. This individual will be responsible for helping define product strategy, drive roadmap execution, and lead the development of software and analytics solutions that support key business and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives and user needs.
- Own roadmap development, prioritization, and feature planning across key product initiatives.
- Gather user feedback and business requirements and translate them into actionable product capabilities.
- Partner closely with engineering, architecture, analytics, and business teams throughout the product development life cycle.
- Drive complex product initiatives from discovery and planning through launch and adoption.
- Develop business cases for new product investments, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, scalability, operational efficiency, and user experience.
- Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Balance competing stakeholder needs while maintaining focus on long-term product strategy and customer outcomes.
- Help guide product decisions through data-driven analysis, customer insights, and market feedback.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Product Ownership, or related technology leadership roles.
- Proven experience owning software products, data products, analytics platforms, enterprise applications, or technology-enabled business solutions.
- Strong track record of partnering with engineering teams to deliver complex product initiatives.
- Experience developing product roadmaps, managing prioritization, and driving execution across cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to gather customer feedback and translate business needs into product requirements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Experience working within financial services, fintech, investment technology, enterprise software, analytics platforms, market data, or related industries is preferred.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while remaining hands-on with product development and delivery.
