VSC Customer Service Representative

As a VSC Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, vendors, repair facilities, and internal teams, helping ensure repair and service contract activities are handled efficiently, accurately, and professionally.

Compensation: $16 an hour
What You'll Do
Customer & Vendor Support
- Answer inbound calls and emails from customers, repair facilities, vendors, and internal business partners.
- Provide timely updates regarding repair status, documentation requirements, next steps, and program-related questions.
- Assist with service contract inquiries, repair approvals, estimates, invoicing, maintenance documentation, and oil change program questions.
- Deliver professional and customer-focused service while helping resolve issues and concerns.
Repair Process Coordination
- Review, update, and document customer and repair information within company systems.
- Follow up on open requests, missing information, customer concerns, and vendor updates to help keep repairs moving forward.
- Maintain accurate records, call notes, and communication history to support visibility and accountability throughout the repair process.
Monitoring & Escalation
- Route calls, emails, and requests to the appropriate team members when additional assistance is needed.
- Identify and escalate urgent customer concerns, vendor delays, documentation issues, or process gaps.
- Utilize business systems, reports, dashboards, and communication tools to track activity and support daily operations.
