Our client, a nationally recognized management-side employment law firm with a growing presence in Denver, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Wage & Hour Litigation practice. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 4+ years of experience who is seeking substantial client contact, meaningful responsibility, and a sophisticated litigation platform.

Key Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have significant experience handling wage and hour litigation, including class and collective actions under:

• The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)
• Colorado wage and hour laws and regulations
• Candidates should possess strong working knowledge of state and federal wage and hour enforcement agencies, regulatory guidance, and related compliance issues.

Qualified applicants will demonstrate experience with:

• Drafting and responding to pleadings
• Managing written discovery
