We currently offer multiple shift opportunities to support our growing operations:

• Monday-Friday – 7:00am to 4:00pm
• Monday-Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm
• Monday-Friday – 10:00am to 7:00pm
• Monday-Friday – 10:30am to 7:30pm

Shift placement is based on business needs and operational requirements.

Radwell International is seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join our team in Willingboro, NJ. This position plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, picking, packing, and material movement activities.

Compensation & Incentive Program

The recruiting base pay range for this full-time position is $17.00-$20.00 per hour.

Within the base pay range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

After successful completion of the introductory 90-day period, employees become eligible for our performance-based commission program. Most warehouse associates earn an additional $1.50-$3.00 per hour through incentive earnings based on productivity and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory and materials
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Verify items, quantities, and product information for accuracy
• Stock inventory and replenish warehouse locations as needed
• Utilize scanning equipment and warehouse systems to track inventory movement
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment activities
• Maintain organized inventory locations and warehouse storage areas
• Support cycle counting and inventory accuracy initiatives
• Load, unload, move, and stage products throughout the facility
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Perform additional warehouse and operational duties as assigned

Education and Experience
