About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to support daily logistics, inventory management, and distribution activities in a warehouse environment. This role involves receiving, processing, and shipping goods, ensuring accurate and timely movement of materials and supplies. The ideal candidate will have the physical capability to handle material handling tasks, operate warehouse equipment safely, and follow documentation procedures precisely.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, processing, and storing goods, materials, and supplies using source documents to verify quantities, parts, destinations, and shipment timing
• Operate warehouse equipment such as weighing scales, banding machines, wrapping, and packaging tools
• Safely operate and maintain mechanical, motorized, and electrical equipment used in warehouse functions
• Perform clerical duties related to inventory management and shipment documentation
• Use hand trucks, dollies, and ladders to move items within the warehouse
• Lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 40 lbs
• Frequently walk, stand, reach, and stoop during daily tasks
• Work in environments with changing temperatures and heights up to 20 feet
• Support general labor tasks and warehouse logistics activities to meet operational needs with minimal delay

Required Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills
• Ability to read, write, and interpret documents
• Experience working in a warehouse environment preferred
• Ability to operate hand trucks, ladders, and dollies
• Physical ability to lift and carry items up to 40 lbs
• Capacity to stand, walk, reach, and stoop frequently
• Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures and heights up to 20 feet

Preferred Qualifications

• Logistics experience

Tools / Equipment / Systems

• Hand trucks, ladders, dollies
• Machines for weighing, banding, wrapping, and packaging

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Frequent walking, standing, reaching, and stooping
• Pushing, pulling, lifting, and lowering items of various weights
