About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team on the 2nd shift. This role involves supporting logistics, supply chain, and material management functions by accurately processing, storing, and shipping goods within a warehouse environment. The position requires safe operation of warehouse equipment, physical activity, and attention to detail to ensure timely and efficient distribution of materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the receipt, processing, storing, and shipping of parts, materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Utilize source documents to verify quantities, parts, destinations, and shipment timing.
• Operate machines for weighing, banding, wrapping, and packaging of items.
• Safely operate and perform basic maintenance on mechanical, motorized, and electrical warehouse equipment.
• Complete clerical and documentation tasks related to warehouse operations.
• Help with material handling activities, including loading, unloading, and moving items using ladders, hand trucks, and dollies.
• Support inventory control activities such as order picking and packing.
• Follow safety procedures when working at heights up to 20 feet and in environments with temperature variations.
• Physically perform activities such as walking, standing, reaching, stooping, and lifting/lowering items up to 40 lbs.
• Perform other warehouse logistics and supply chain functions as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret documents.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to use ladders, hand trucks, and dollies.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to work in environments with changing temperatures.
• Ability to work at heights up to 20 feet.

Preferred Qualifications

• Logistics experience.
• Experience using warehouse equipment such as ladders, hand trucks, dollies, and material handling machinery for weighing, banding, wrapping, and packing.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Frequent walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping.
• Lifting, lowering, pushing, or pulling items up to 40 lbs.
• Working from heights up to 20 feet.
• Environments with temperature fluctuations.
