Warehouse Associate, 2nd Shift
Location: 1820 Bastian Court, Westfield, IN 46074
Shift: 3:00 PM 11:30 PM
Pay Rate: $23.16/hr
Duration: 12 Months

Summary:
Working under general supervision, the Warehouse Associate supports material movements in a warehouse environment including loading and unloading trailers, receiving and put-away, cycle counting, de-crating, and picking KTE carts. May operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and stretch wrappers.

Key Responsibilities:
Move materials physically and systematically within a controlled environment (ESD controls may apply)
Process stock transfers, material requests, and put-away; load and/or unload trucks as required
Pick KTE carts, de-crate materials, and stage inventory accurately
Perform cycle counting and research/resolve discrepancies using root cause analysis
Use the ERP system for material management activity
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment with appropriate training/certification
Assist in training associates on the job
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse material flow; flag system/process gaps to management
Maintain positive, cooperative communication and promote a good work environment
Complete on-the-job training on warehouse/manufacturing processes, corporate policies, safety, GMP, and ISO standards
Adhere to all environmental, health and safety SOPs, and comply with FDA regulations and company policies

Requirements:
At least 3 years of warehouse experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Understanding of material movement and inventory levels
ERP system experience; forklift experience/certification a plus
Strong safety mindset and reliability

Dress Code(call this out early in screens)
Closed-toe shoes and long pants at all times (no shorts)
Pants worn at waist level; no visible undergarments
No hats of any kind; hoods must remain down
No tank tops, cutoffs, or shirts with potentially offensive slogans/images
No sunglasses on the floor
