The Warehouse Associate supports nightly warehouse operations, including order picking, inventory movement, RF scanning, and staging outbound shipments. This role requires accuracy, safe equipment use, and consistent productivity in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Pick and pull products for store and distribution center orders
Put away inbound products into designated rack locations
Relocate inventory and maintain accurate product placement
Scan merchandise using RF scanners prior to movement
Transport orders to shipping docks using material-handling equipment
Ensure order accuracy, completeness, and proper staging
Follow OSHA and company safety standards at all times
Perform daily equipment inspections and report issues
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Meet established productivity and performance goals
Requirements
Experience using RF scanners
Warehouse order picking and inventory experience preferred
Ability to work at heights and lift/move materials as needed
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
Reliable attendance and ability to work overnight shifts
