Warehouse Associate

Currently seeking a Warehouse Associate in Alpharetta, GA. Pay rate is $20.00 hour. Position is available immediately.
Position Summary
Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate II to support warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have one to three years of experience in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or material-handling operations. This role is responsible for receiving, inspecting, organizing, and moving materials while supporting order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, shipping, and overall warehouse efficiency.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, label, and organize incoming materials and products.
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Load and unload materials using appropriate equipment and safe handling procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and physical inventory.
• Stock and organize warehouse materials to maintain an orderly and efficient work environment.
• Process shipments, transfers, returns, and associated documentation.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment in accordance with safety procedures and training.
• Inspect materials for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues promptly.
• Follow established procedures for material handling, storage, and movement.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
• Assist with inventory accuracy and identify shortages or damaged goods.
• Collaborate with warehouse, operations, purchasing, and other departments.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One to three years of warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or material-handling experience.
• Ability to learn warehouse systems, equipment, and processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to workplace safety and established procedures.
• Forklift or other equipment certification may be required depending on assigned responsibilities.

Work Environment and Expectations
This is an onsite, full-time warehouse position requiring the ability to handle materials, maintain accurate inventory, and support daily shipping and receiving operations. Employees are expected to follow all safety guidelines, maintain dependable attendance, and meet established performance standards.
