Warehouse Associate

Our client, a leading industrial distributor, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team in Amherst, NY. This role is ideal for candidates with shipping & receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and warehouse experience in a small distribution, supply house, or industrial environment.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Amherst, NY

Pay Range: $18-$22/hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM

What's the Job?

• Receive, store, select, pack, and distribute warehouse inventory.
• Process incoming shipments and accurately stock materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Assist with inventory tracking and maintaining accurate warehouse records.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous warehouse, shipping & receiving, inventory, or order fulfillment experience required.
• Experience using inventory, warehouse management, or ERP systems (Epicor Prophet 21 strongly preferred).
• Experience working in a small warehouse, industrial distribution, supply house, parts warehouse, or shipping/receiving environment strongly preferred.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail, with the ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving materials throughout the workday.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a commitment to workplace safety.
