Pay Range: $18 - $20/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Read and follow work procedures and schematics or receive verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and other records as required by management.
- Perform manufacturing and assembly operations on one to two production lines, following procedures, bills of materials, and work instructions.
- Maintain daily production output and participate in quality control inspections.
- Work with team leads, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.
- Comply with EHS and Quality procedures, regulations, and policies.
- Other duties as assigned, including participation in Quality and LEAN activities.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- High School Diploma or local equivalent.
- Proficiency to understand and interpret basic written technical information.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and quality-minded work habits.
- Ability to communicate using English (or local language).
- 6 months of manufacturing experience.
- Thru hole and surface mount soldering experience.
- Proficient with computer programs like Microsoft Word and Excel.
