Warehouse Associate / Material Handler

Location: Bellingham, MA
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Flexible Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM ~ 2:30 PM or 3:30 PM
We are seeking dependable and safety-conscious Warehouse Associate / Material Handler to join a growing warehouse team in Bellingham, MA. This is a great opportunity for individuals with warehouse, shipping & receiving, inventory, or material handling experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
ResponsibilitiesReceive, unload, and inspect incoming materials, tools, and equipment.
Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations according to company procedures.
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
Load and unload trucks using forklifts, overhead cranes, and other warehouse equipment.
Transfer materials between warehouse locations and production areas.
Label and organize inventory accurately.
Prepare shipping documentation for UPS, LTL, air freight, and other carriers.
Enter inventory transactions into the warehouse management system.
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
Follow all OSHA and company safety policies and procedures.
Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping & receiving, or material handling experience preferred.
Basic computer and data entry skills.
Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Valid driver's license required.
Steel-toe shoes required.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the workday.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Willingness to follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Schedule & PayPay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour
