Receive and Inspect MaterialsUnload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips or purchase orders.Report and document any damage or discrepancies.Move and Transport MaterialsSafely move raw materials, parts, and finished goods to designated areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment.Support production or warehouse operations by ensuring timely material flow.Inventory ManagementMaintain accurate inventory records through scanning, labeling, and data entry.Perform counts and assist in physical inventory audits.Order Picking and PackingPick materials or products from inventory using appropriate procedures.Pack, label, and prepare shipments according to company or customer requirements.Maintain Clean and Safe Work AreaFollow safety procedures and report hazards or incidents.Keep workspaces organized and clean to support lean manufacturing principles.Operate Material Handling EquipmentOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other powered industrial trucks safely and efficiently.Conduct daily inspections of equipment and report maintenance issues.Document and ReportComplete shipping, receiving, and inventory forms accurately.Communicate any issues with materials, inventory levels, or safety concerns to supervisors.Collaborate Across DepartmentsWork closely with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure material needs are met.Assist in resolving material shortages or discrepancies. Support Continuous ImprovementSuggest process improvements for material handling efficiency and safety.Participate in training and cross-training efforts as needed. Perform Other Duties as Assigned
