Warehouse Associate

Zelqorvia is seeking a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping activities.

This full-time, on-site position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, staying organized, and contributing to an efficient warehouse environment.

The successful candidate will assist with receiving merchandise, preparing customer orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring warehouse activities are completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments and merchandise

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping and distribution

• Verify product quantities and ensure order accuracy

• Organize inventory within designated warehouse storage areas

• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries

• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems

• Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies

• Label, sort, and prepare packages for shipment

• Follow established warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines

• Maintain clean, organized, and accessible warehouse workspaces

• Coordinate with warehouse supervisors and team members to complete daily assignments

• Identify damaged merchandise and report inventory concerns

• Assist with processing returned merchandise and restocking products

• Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations

• Meet daily productivity, quality, and accuracy standards

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to follow instructions and established safety procedures

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to perform physically active warehouse duties

• Comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout assigned shifts

• Basic computer and inventory management skills

• Reliable attendance and professional work attitude

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, retail stocking, logistics, shipping, or inventory management is preferred but not required

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
