Warehouse Associate

SUMMARY

We are in search of dedicated full-time Warehouse Associates to become a part of our team in Burbank. The perfect candidate will possess a strong understanding of warehouse operations, excel in high-pressure situations, and demonstrate the capability to meet deadlines, consistently surpassing customer expectations

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders in a timely manner
• Verify order accuracy and completeness before shipping
• Assist other warehouse team members in restocking and organizing the warehouse
• Maintain open communication with Warehouse Manager to establish priorities and set goals
• Properly package items to prevent damage during transit
• Receive incoming shipments, inspect contents, and process inventory
• Assist with counting and auditing inventory
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Be proficient in using handheld devices, scanners, and computer systems for order tracking and inventory management

WHAT TO BRING

• GED or high school diploma
• 1+ years of shipping, receiving and operations experience
• Proficient with computers and fulfillment technology
• Advanced understanding of retail and E-commerce operations
• Ability to follow instructions and relay information accurately
• Attention to detail for accurate order picking and packing
• Collaborative attitude to work effectively with other warehouse associates and retail staff.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet retail demands
• Willingness to assist in various tasks as needed
• Consistent attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to meet deadlines and complete tasks on time
