Job Description

Advantage Business Services is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for one of our clients in Carpinteria, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse or production environment and be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities include picking, packing, and shipping orders, receiving inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately.
• Build and prepare pallets for shipping; experience preferred.
• Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
• Verify inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
• Assemble boxed products with coupons.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Lift 50 pounds or more as required.
• Stand, walk, sit, squat, move, and climb as needed throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of warehouse or production experience.
• At least one year of computer literacy experience.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic.
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• 8-hour shifts
• Location: Carpinteria, CA
