COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• Base Pay: $18.44/hour + $2.00/hour second-shift differential ($20.44/hour total)

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, starting at 1:00 PM until daily workload is completed

• Overtime: Required. Mondays and Tuesdays typically involve 10–12-hour shifts; remaining days generally average 8 hours, with additional overtime as needed.

• Employment Type: Temporary Contract (W2)

ROLE IMPACT

As a Warehouse Team Member I, you will help ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This fast-paced distribution center role supports daily warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and shipping deadlines. Success requires attention to detail, consistent productivity, safe work practices, and flexibility to work required overtime.

KEY DUTIES

• Pick, verify, and process customer orders using Radio Frequency (RF) scanners, handheld devices, or pick tickets, ensuring accurate quantities, sizes, and units of measure.

• Perform quality control (QC), packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory stocking while meeting daily productivity goals and shipping deadlines.

• Receive incoming freight, identify discrepancies, rotate stock, and replenish warehouse supplies.

• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse while following safety procedures, company policies, and applicable regulations.

• Meet production standards of 95% or greater of engineered expectations and complete assigned work before leaving each shift.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to read and understand English, recognize numbers, verify order details, and perform accurate warehouse tasks with good hand/eye coordination.

• Ability to work Monday–Friday beginning at 1:00 PM, remain until all assigned work is completed, and consistently work mandatory overtime, including extended 10–12-hour shifts.

• Ability to meet the physical demands of warehouse operations, including prolonged standing, walking, repetitive movements, and required lifting.

EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT

• RF scanners, handheld inventory devices, pick tickets, warehouse shelving, and packing equipment.

• Adequate mobility to continually walk and stand; pull orders from various shelf heights; and ability to lift up to 35 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally is required.

• Physical activity requiring reaching, bending, kneeling, stooping, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, feeling, repetitive motions, talking and hearing. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Visual requirement is for close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus. 

• Associate is required to stand, walk (or otherwise be mobile).

• Generally noisy, production-driven warehouse environment requiring the ability to deal with stressful situations as they arise.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Previous warehouse, distribution center, order picking, packing, shipping, or receiving experience; one year of related experience preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent.• Basic computer knowledge, inventory accuracy, and familiarity with RF scanning or warehouse management systems (WMS).
